Designers Who Are Better Than Me 6

Another designer bites the dust at Martins so to speak, as Chris Cooper bids farewell for greener pastures. Chris was the first person I really got to know when I started working here, sitting next to him became a game of trying to guess which 'Chris' someone was calling out for. Chris is an excellent designer, with unique experience from his time spent in the UK, or 'The London Experience' as it has become known around here, held in high regard here, and the more than often the creative force behind the best design work coming out of Martins. I've got a lot of respect for his integrity and willingness to back up and defend his design concepts in an environment that is often very difficult to do so. On top of all that, he's just the nicest, friendliest guy you'll meet, the centre of attention at social gatherings and casual discussions at work, his presence is going to be greatly missed around the studio on so many levels. Martin's loss in uber-design studio Fusion's gain, as Chris moves onto a senior design role there. So goodluck Chris, may you never have to touch a 'masterplan' again
